Before you write
A few quick answers that might save you a message: every tool runs entirely in your browser, so your files are never uploaded; everything is free with no account or limits; and if a tool isn't working, refreshing the page or trying an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge) resolves most issues.
